Universal Studios theme park celebrates Mardi Gras with a red, white and blue tribute to America and its heroes that is highlighted by a 10-city-block-long parade themed to American ideals and ingenuity. The celebration begins Friday, February 8, running Fridays and Saturdays through March 16, then continues daily through April 6.
